Standing Pines is designed as a new camping resort under development near Hartsville, South Carolina. Phase 1 plans include 108 campsites, a clubhouse with guest registration, camp store, snack bar, laundry facilities, and bathhouse. The initial 108 campsites are designed to include full hook-up RV sites, glamping options, cabins, and RV rentals to provide an upscale guest experience. Planned amenities also include a large resort-style pool, miniature golf, dog park, sports courts, and other family-friendly features.

Standing Pines is offering an exclusive opportunity for accredited investors only in the form of 5-year convertible promissory notes with a fixed 10% interest rate payable at designated intervals over the term. The SEC defines accredited investors as individuals with a net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence, or income over $200,000 in the prior two years.
