As the dream of Standing Pines turns to reality, look for major construction milestones here.
The initial site infrastructure development commenced in August 2023 with extending the county water line to the property. Engineered plans for Phase 1 amenities such as the large resort-style pool have been finalized in coordination with our extended team.
Looking ahead, land clearing and grading activities are slated to ramp up in October 2023 as we enter the next stages of development.
